« Latest collection from IJP Design features classic golf styles »

British label IJP Design has announced the launch of its Autumn/Winter 2012 Collection. Launched in 2007, IJP Design was founded by PGA pro and Ryder Cup star Ian James Poulter after he was unable to find apparel he wanted to wear on the golf course that looked good and performed well.

Personally tested by Ian himself, each item in the IJP Collection is meticulously crafted and hand finished down to the finishing touches. Fusing updated classic fashion with thoughtful functionality, IJP Design is entirely focused on creating clothing which is both eminently practical and equally stylish that looks good and performs well, combining high quality tailoring with technical perfection.

“As you are probably aware, the clothes I wear on the golf course are very important to me.  If I feel good about my clothes, I feel good about my game – it’s very like that satisfaction you have when driving away in a freshly cleaned car, it just seems to run that little bit better.” -- Ian Poulter

Offering stylish golf apparel, from classic tartans in subdued and vibrant hues to sophisticated, form-fitting European styling combining the highest standards of comfort and technical functionality, this is IJP Design’s most advanced collection to date.

The Autumn/Winter collection features classic golf styles fused with sophisticated designs that incorporate stunning fabrics and sharp tailoring. These designs focus on traditional golfing values while using technically advanced features and fabrics, creating the highest levels of performance.

“We know we make clothes that ‘look good’ and feel good,’ and more importantly, for those who want to ‘play great,’ our Autumn/Winter 2012 Collection has technical and functional elements designed expressly for golfers and their distinctive movements,” said Ian.

For each seasonal collection, four different coloured tartans are created, all of which are licensed under the Scottish Tartan Authority and unique to IJP Design. These tartans are the foundation on which the IJP collections are developed and the basis for which “IJP leads with the legs.”

The Autumn/Winter 2012 collection is the first to promote interchangeable colour palettes, enabling the IJP Design consumer to create their own unique outfits by using any combination of styles, reassuring they will look great on and off the course:

The Autumn/Winter 2012 collection is IJP Design’s 11th Collection. By the end of 2012, IJP Design will be stocked in 30 nations around the world and in 2013 will launch its first Women’s Collection. More information can be found at www.ijpdesign.com as well as at their unique IJP Clubhouse. The Clubhouse is free and is packed with first-hand news on IJP products, special VIP insider information on Ian and information about promotions.
